Return Policy
For hygiene and sanitary safety reasons, piercing-related products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened (as stated in Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code).
For returns due to customer’s personal reasons:

Only unopened, unused, and original-condition products are eligible;

Customers must contact us by email to request approval before sending any return;

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defect):

We will cover both return and reshipping costs;

Customers must still contact us by email first to request approval, and provide photos for evaluation.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to request an exchange:

Only unopened and unused products can be exchanged;

Customers must contact us by email before sending back the item;
-
Both return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility;

The exchange will be processed after the returned item is inspected.
