1. Service Description

This website provides the sale of piercing jewelry and related accessories.
All products are made exclusively from 316L surgical stainless steel or titanium, nickel-free, and compliant with applicable EU regulations (including REACH and EN1811 nickel release standards).

La Cura reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;

  • accept these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.

An order is considered accepted once payment is completed and a confirmation email has been issued by La Cura.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. La Cura does not store full credit card information.

La Cura reserves the right to revise prices, products, or promotions at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

La Cura is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier issues

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions or force majeure

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and sanitary safety reasons, piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
This is in accordance with Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code.

5.1 Returns for personal reasons

If the return is requested for personal reasons:

  • Only unopened, unused, and originally packaged products are eligible.

  • Customers must contact us via email before initiating any return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5.2 Returns due to La Cura’s responsibility (wrong or defective item)

  • La Cura will cover the cost of return shipping and reshipment.

  • Customers must contact us via email first, providing photos for evaluation.

6. Product Materials and Safety Compliance

All jewelry sold by La Cura is made from:

  • 316L medical-grade stainless steel, or

  • Titanium,
    both nickel-free and compliant with EU regulations for metal safety.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review product details carefully before purchasing or contact us for assistance.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that descriptions, photos, and product information are accurate.
However, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur due to display differences or production tolerances and do not constitute a defect.

8. Intellectual Property
