Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All parcels are shipped from Italy. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Shipping cost: €3.90 (some areas: €5.90)
  • Free shipping on orders over €29
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

 

EUROPE

Zone 1 (Europe Tier 1)
Included countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, France (Metropolitan), Spain, Liechtenstein, San Marino

  • Shipping cost: €9.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €49
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

 

Zone 2 (Europe Tier 2)
Included countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany

  • Shipping cost: €11.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €59
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

 

Zone 3 (Europe Tier 3)
Included countries: Finland, Sweden

  • Shipping cost: €16.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €69
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

 

Zone 4 (Europe Tier 4)
Included countries: Greece

  • Shipping cost: €24.90
  • Free shipping on orders over €79
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 


Delays

The following may cause delays, for which the brand is not responsible:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

We will assist you in contacting the courier if needed.


Shipping Address

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details.
La Cura is not responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us, additional re-shipping fees may apply.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
We are unable to estimate these costs.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt.

  • We will assist with filing a claim and offer an appropriate solution.


Return to Sender (RTS)

A parcel may be returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Incorrect address

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
